SDUFE offers a VERY COMPETITIVE compensation package, including 200,000–600,000 RMB for relocation allowance and housing subsidy, 150,000–500,000 RMB for start-up research fund, standard fringe benefits and generous research support.

Salary Range 500,000 RMB for candidates with PhD degree from global Top 100 universities (THE Ranking); 300,000 RMB for candidates with PhD degree from global Top 101–200 universities (THE Ranking)

Candidates should have a completed doctoral degree in finance, economics, accounting or other related fields by August 2020, and are expected to have a strong commitment to research and teaching -- in English and/or Chinese.
